Need Help Ajusting!!

Hi Guys!

I recently bought a Soundstream LiL Wonder Generation 3 LW4.500 amplifier to use on my front components (Eclipse SC6500)... Well I bridged the amplifier as mentionned in the booklet but I would need more info to adjust the amp! There is so much option compared to my mono sub amp that I am lost!! Where do I plug the rca, what range switch do I use and what about the LP/HP and HP knob?? Please help im lost and I don't want to damage my equipment!! I included a pic of the amp adjustements side....

-Eclipse SC6500 Component 6.5" Front Speakers

-Eclipse 6x9 SE8495 4 way Rear Speakers (Plugged in headunit)

-Soundstream LiLWonder Generation 3 LW4.500 (Bridged for front components)

-JBL GTO Sub Mono Amp

-JBL 12" 360 Watts Subwoofer

-Stinger PRO8 Wires
