Need headunit for carputer

Hey i have a carputer and need a good headunit? Now the headunit doesnt need to be anything special because all music is stored on the computer and all controls can be done there (cd player isnt nessacary nor mp3 and all that but im sure its a standard now days). Pretty much id like something that doesnt look cheap and has decent sound quality and isnt to expensive 100-150 (used, ebay, doesnt matter)

Pioneer 3700-4700 or Alpine lower ones.... they look real nice and sound good.

Wait wait.. if you have a car puter why do you need a headunit?

because i need a radio and i still like having all my knobs for volume and not having to use the touchscreen and itll give me better control over the sub (ie...i can turn jus the sub off)

I think a big touchscreen would be sweet though. and who needs radio? pfft..
