Need GM side to top post adapters?

Where can I get these side to top post adapters? I need something to replace these that will work with a GM side post battery in a 2000 Buick Park Ave.

What are you installing the requires different adapters?

I think those are factory special items, from a dealership. I have a 99 Park Ave with the same setup and I hooked my power wire to the terminal block on the fuses in front of the battery.

The negative is stripped so I'm looking to replace it.
