need GIF animation help!!

hey i'm trying to edit this GIF file:

all i want is to turn the orange guy BLUE so that it matches my myspace page. but when i open it in a GIF animator it shows each frame with an orange background and i can't even see the orange guy to paint him blue!! can someone do it for me or explain to me why its like that?? pllleeeeease!

try and use photoshop + imageready. might work for ya then...

open it in photoshop, FILE->EDIT IN IMAGEREADY

and it will show you all the frames and stuff.

thanks a lot REQ ill try that when i get home.. i have adobe photoshop 7.0 here at work and when i open the file and go to FILE i dont c a EDIT IN IMAGEREADY.. but i do c a JUMPT TO>IMAGEREADY 7.0 but its grayed out.. i gues cuz its not installed?? well i have adobe photoshop CS at home and ill c if its installed at home.. thanks a lot for your help.. i appreciate it.

animation shop pro, i just did i flood fill on each of the frames. wasnt that hard being that there was only like 5 frames
