Need Decision Help!

I'm working my way towards buing and installing a new system in my Nissan Titan King Cab. I have pretty much picked out what I want but have two different lists...The overall price stays pretty much the same between the two but I need help deciding what is best based off people's prior experience. Here goes:

System 1:

HU: Pioneer AVH-7500DVD

Fronts: JL XR Components (6 1/2")

Rears: JL XR Coaxials (6 1/2")

Subs: 2 JL 10W6v2's

Amp: Memphis Belle or JL 1000.1 and 300.2

System 2:

HU: Alpine IVA-W200

Fronts: Type R Components

Rears: Type R Coaxials

Subs: 2 Type R 10"s

Amps: Alpine PDX 1000x1 and PDX 150x4

I'm inclined to go with the first system but want some other opinions for or against. I already have a box designed for the Alpine amps though.

how are they the same price jl stuff is madnasty expensive. But to your question id go with the first system i havnt heard the best about type r comps

Well if I remember correctly the alpine HU and PDX amps cost more than the Pioneer HU and Memphis amp thereby outweighing the cost of the JL stuff plus or minus $200 or so.
