Need budget system

I am looking to add a sub and new HU in my 200 ford ex. I would like to spend an average of about $100 on each component, but no more than $400 total. I only want a 10" because thats all i can fit in the stock location (i need storage space). So amp HU and Sub. i can get a Brutus B1004 500 rms NIB for $70 so idk if those are any good cause i cant find any specs on them.

I don't think that is a legitimate model number for a Hifonics amp. Are you saying your Ford has a stock 10" sub already there? I would find out more about the sub and possibly just get a nice head unit and an amp for your factory speakers. If that sub can handle 200-300 watts rms you could get off pretty cheap by keeping it and just adding power. This is my recommendation because it sounds like you're not wanting make any major changes and therefore hopefully not expecting to set off car alarms.

the highphonics mentioned is a sub. He has a pic with model on box but i cant find any info. No sub currently in ford but i know from reading i can make a box big enough for a 10.

I didn't think they made subs. lol but if 400 is your budget all around you can get it done buying used stuff. I would save up a tad more imo, but you might be able to get it done.

I have a head unit and a sub for ya. It's a Pioneer DEH-P7400MP cd/mp3 player. Includes all original accessories such as sleeve, harness, faceplate with protector box, and remote. Also the sub is an alpine type x 10''. 1000RMS. PM me if interested.
