Need budget HU

Well Im am about to leave to go to college and need to save as much $$$ as possible, but I also reallly need to get a new HU and trash my POS jvc one. Thesee are the requirments

1.Under $200

2. Front and rear preouts

3. Built in EQ beucase I want more control over what my new ALpine X sereis speakers play //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif . Right now the one that I saw that has those features is the alpine 9830 but that $260

Ok now Im looking at the pioneer 47000MP it says it has front and rear pre outs with built in EQ, I got a question about how the EQ works. Can you adjust each pre out differntly or does it do them both at the same time?

This looks like a good unit. Again can you set the EQ to change each pre out differntly??
