Hi everyone. Im am going to begin building custom boxes for the summer starting this month. I am an experienced builder with 15+ enclosures under my belt. I will beat any price from anyone anywhere.

I will be willing to ship any enclosure as long as you are willing to pay for it.

Pretty much anything you want I can build.

Ive built boxes with plexi, wedges, aeros, slots and lots of odd configurations. If you need help designing a box i can do sealed and ported. If you want band pass you must have exact dimensions (i do not have software for bandpass)

I build all my boxes with double baffles using an interlocking design for added strength and reduced weight. I build all my boxes using gorilla glue but will use any kind of glue you want. While many swear by tight bond, gorilla glue too will create a bond which is stronger than the wood and the expansion characteristics of the glue ensure a perfect seal every time with no caulking needed.

I have a table saw and a router so all boxes can have routed edged and nice round cut outs if desired.

i do the same but wont beat prices quality cost, dont go to low bro. ur not too far from me..
Quality will not be sacrificed for cost. I will build all boxes to the best of my ability which is quite good. have you ever heard of anyone getting a quote from someone who dosnt know how to build box well, or from someone who said they would build a box but it would be sh1tty quality?

x2
plus gorilla glue isnt very good for building.
gorilla glue is great for building the bond is stronger than the wood.... I can use titebond and then caulk or any other adhesive if requested but i prefer gorilla glue since there is no need to caulk the inside after.

as Dylan Kirby once told me, if your cuts are as perfect as they are supposed to be, you dont need silicone anyway.

the glue itself is stronger than wood.

Have you tried building a box with gorilla glue, then removing then fasteners?

I have. I built one for myself many years ago, and ended up reading something on the internet about wood glue being strongest of all, with wood of course, and decided to remove my screws that was holding the back panel on my current (at the time) 2 12's enclosure.

well it took about 3 hours for the back panel to seperate from the top.

im not nocking your quality brother, surely as i havent seen it. just trying to steer you in the right direction.

ive built boxes with gorilla glue and tite bond and in my experience all im saying is i prefer gorilla glue. I have never built a box with tite bond and not used caluk so i cannot say if it would have leaked or not but ive also built plenty of boxes with gorilla glue and no caulk and they did not leak. but i will use whatever kind of glue the buyer wants. also I have attempted to disassemble 2 pieces of .75" mdf and i broke the mdf when trying to bend the 2 pieces apart.

let me just restate, I WILL USE WHATEVER KIND OF GLUE YOU WANT!

i highly doubt that, $20 for a box that's 2.5 cubes tuned to 36hz with a 4" aero port?
