need box ideas plz

or designs w/e. I have 1500 rms @ 1 ohm to work with. 48(w)/37(h)/12(d)

I want to try and run 6 12's or 8 10's I have about 10 cubes roughly to work withm may do 6 12's and or 6 10's. But need ideas and desings. Its going in the back of a 2005 dodge dakota ext cab. they have bucket seats and an arm rest in the center. I considered doing all on the bottom 2 rows of 3 and port firing at the head rest. or doing a verticle line of 3 subs and port running floor to roof in the center of the box... I also want to make the port so full open port is tuned up high and then throw a removable port in there to tune it for daily listening.

I was told at one point that if I put all the subs together then put the port on the top of the box that the sub/s closest to the port would be capable of utilizing the port where as the sub/s furthest away wouldn't be able to utilize the port as much... is that true? like do I need to have all the subs perfectly close to the port ?

hmm ok so if i were to run 6 10's or 12's in a single chamber say 3 subs from left to right then another set atop the first set near the floor then ported the box at the roof line firing forward it wouldn't be an issue ?
