Need Battery Advice

Okay I came here because all you audio guys know your **** when it comes to supplying power.

I'm finishing the wiring in my 32 Ford Truck and I need a battery. It must be small and sealed so I can lay it on its side in the rear under the bed. Please don't say optima as the last 2 I bought leaked inside a week and really want something smaller. Got my cash back and now looking for a replacement.

Truck has a LS1 and 4L60E and will only be powering the driveline electronics, gauges, and lights. No AC/Heat and no audio at all.

Not sure on the amps... I can fit a 75/25 optima but really want something smaller.

That would probably be a good battery for what you need it for and it's very small, similar power specs to the red top.

I have had a Shuriken battery for awhile now and it has worked great, and has very good product ratings all around.

xs power d 975 would be a great choice ,alot of the xs batteries are use in race cars and off road racers as well
