I really need help on my system

Ok, so here's the deal. Currently I'm driving a 2004 tracker zr2 four door. I just replaced all my speakers with pioneer 3 ways, and also added a new pioneer double din headunit.... Now it's time for the subs.. The problem is I have no idea on what to get. I have heard about them but am a complete newbie when it comes to these.. I don't understand amps, or why wire matters between 2,4,6,8 gauge... Also why box should be sealed vs ported ... Or if I shud get 10", or 12" subs... I also don't know about getting one or 2... I mainly listen to country , but also listen to modern hip hop also. Please help!! My speakers sound good but have zero bass so my. Music sounds flat... Oh and my budget is prolly $600

is that for sub or subs and amp ? you'll also need a box , and maybe a bigger amp kit ,and 1 or 2 other things as well .anyway what are your goals here .do you want lots of bass or just a bit to fill in the missing frequencies .also how loud do you want it to be ? and are you planning to do any electrical upgrades ,like a bigger alt and or extra battery ?

I want good sound quality overall, I also want it to get somewhat loud but don't need to be heard blocks away, and no electrical upgrades

well then 1000 - 1500 watts rms is what you'll need to have for the sub amp. now how much room do you have in the back that you want to use for a box to house the subs and whats your budget .and do you want new or used equipment ?

I can take up as much space as I need to that's in the trunk of the tracker... Budget 600 , and prolly used ... I really want both my country to sound good and hip hop to be loud of possible

ok i got you covered ,i have a mint codition autotek ss500.1 .about 1000 rms on the amp 175 ,2 ab xd 12's for 225 and a custom box for 200 i'll give you a 4 gauge amp kit for the amp .and this is shipped .plus paypal fees
