Need + Batt Terminal with Two 1/0 and One 4 ga Input

Hey guys, I need a lead on a positive battery terminal. I'm wiring into an Optima red top. The positive screw-in terminal on the side is stripped. So I need to bring two 1/0 ga. (alternator "in" and amplifier "out") and one 4 ga. (from Chevy truck electrical system) into the top post. Can you give me a lead on someone who makes a terminal that can handle these 3 inputs?
