I am a audio/video installer and custom subwoofer enclosure fabricater among alot of other things. If you need a custom box built for your ride hit me up.I also sale amps, subs, and even some car video equipment too.I have done car audio for about 10 years and I do the boxes to spec and with custom touches to stand out against the rest.Let me know what you want, I can do it no matter how big or small.IF YOU NEED SOMETHING email me at kfxhr@yahoo.com DONT BOTHER TO ASK FOR SOMETHING UNLESS YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT GETTING IT DONE.DONT WASTE MY TIME IF YOUR NOT GONNA GO THROUGH WITH IT. Thank You

Here is some of my work. These and about 200+ more. These boxes are for various rides and if you want a box I can build it for whatever vehicle you have.I build the boxes to have the specs on air space for the sub being used also!Only thing I dont do Is fiberglass boxes cuz it takes way too much time and costs way too much also.I wish I had pics of all the boxes I ever done but I dont.Heres just a few though.By the way that first box was in my truck and is for eight 15"s.

yeah my bad lol. I just saw the fisher customs thing. I checked that site out not to long ago. Whats with the braces that look like windows, and how do yall ge ports to bend the way yall do?

sounds like you need a custom fit box...would be best to have someone measure the space in person

I dont even half to measure it in person.Thats how good I am:cool: I have access to measurements of most any vehicle right here.Thats one reason I am the professional here:D

Yeah I just try to eyeball it but i do need to start doing that. My router bit is 1/4 anyway so if i would get them in the center i wouldn't have to take them out I would miss it by 1/8th
If your good eyeball works fine. I can center it everytime.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Professional is just a title //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Yeah but you have to understand I could take the time to do that but they are mostly for me so I just hurry up with it lol. I don't even use a table saw, I get a measurement from the blade to the outside of my circular saw and lay down something thats straight and clamp it and cut lol. I do it the hard way but I am not going to buy a table saw right now

dude.....if you think a computer program makes you as pro then...

anyways....when you grow up, you might make a box as nice as bj's. Talking shit to him will not get you anywhere on this site

Sorry missed your questions...

Window bracing, IMO, is the most efficient style of bracing. It allows you to brace all directions, while taking up very little space.

Bending the ports is pretty easy. Do some searching on kerfing. There are lots of threads here that explain it very well.

There hasn't been but one guy want you to build a box on this thread and they should be able to read the first post and pics and know to pm you.
Just because its not on this thread dont mean squat. That why I have email jacka$$...

if yall want to discuss how to do it go somewhere else. If some one wants a box I can do it. This aint a how to thread so fuh koff:mad:

Ok I will check that out. Does the window bracing take up less space that running dowell sticks up and down, front to back, and side to side? The reason I asked is because I always run 1" dowell sticks in mine and they may not be that strong like I said I am learning?
