the diamond audio d5 1200.1 is one of the best amps i have owned. it is just a plain old reliable monster.

don't know who told you kicker amps get hot and burn up, i haven't heard anything like that and i've been around these boards for years. I am currently running a crossfire vr1000d, very solid amp and i also have a kicker zx1500.1 that i will be installing soon. Kicker makes **** good amps, as good if not better than any amp that has been mentioned in your thread. I would go with the Kicker zx1500.1 if i were you. I've also ran old school hifonics amps, Mtx amps, fosgate amps and more, so i'm not nw to this. My friend who sells kicker let me hear it on a couple 15 L7's, all i could say was wow.Good luck at which ever you choose.

i didnt say kicker amps, i was talkin about the new hifonics amps.
