Need An Amp Recomendation(130x2@4)

Hey I have a set of cdt cl61A's with tw-24's (130 watts rms @ 4 ohms) and need a recomendation for an amp to power them. Also what amp kit should I use with it? I was thinking about this http://www.woofersetc.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=product.display&Product_ID=451 . Let me know

That amp only puts out around 70 watts IIRC, those values on that site are max values...

Well, I'd say the first step is to establish how much your wanting to spend, and if your set on new w/warranty or if your open to used amps from places like ebay?

the eclipse amp in my sig. does 130 x 2 @ 4ohm and im running the same comps //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif keep the gain down tho, i was almost clipping them at 130. i have them around 110 now

he was talking to me because i said i was trying to build an SQ setup in another thread where i was quickly told that what i was doing isnt considered SQ.. so why hes bringing itup, i dont know

The kicker amp is fine, the eclipse amps are fine, either or will get you where you want to be. Brand new its going to be hard to find something in that price range.....maybe a profile amp? Or one of the powerbass asa amps? 150x2 on the ASA 600.2....I think you can find them in the 150's -160's new still.....
