Haven't had a chance to hook mine up yet.

How about a viper 1200.1 from ikesound refurbished. How do you think it would work with a type r. Do you think it being refurb would make it work any diff from a new one casue i dont wanna buy a piece of junk and it not work. What are your opinons on buying a refurb viper 1200.1 from ikesound?

never dealt with them but have heard many good things. Considering I recommend it earlier I would say it would be great. Many companies will just throw a new board in(if manufactured direct). It'll be fine.

If i get the 1200.1 how do i wire a 2ohm sub to recieve a 1 ohm so it will get the full 1200 watts

look in the manual... im going to be running a viper 2500.1 to one so i think the 1200.1 will be fine....
