Cool. I am going to meet up with the guy selling the fusion ^^, and we are going to talk things out. I need some work done on my install, and a box built, so maybe we can strike a deal.

the kicker is nice, but I feel more comfortable getting an amp with some headroom. Heck, I wire my sub to .5 ohm, and turn down the gain, which ought to be really efficient.

Look into the power acoustik A1800DB and A3000DB...very solid amps for the money. I have been using my a1800db for over a year now, and i have never seen it get hot. its a great amp imo...and i have been told by more than one person that it does right at and possibly a little over rated power.

the a3000db does 1800 @ 2ohms and the a1800db does 1100 @ 2ohms

both are 1 ohms stable as well....
