Doing a small install for another member, getting your opinion on my price

I'm doing the follwoing for 475, whats your take on this price?

selling him my fusion 2500.1 D

selling him my SPL-C360 battery

building a box for his FI-Q to his specs

doing the big 3 to his vehicle(i buy ring terminal and fuse box)

Considering that a good battery alone is around $200, a typical price for a used sub amp on Craigslist would be around $100 (I dont know your particular amp's value), a custom built box (materials/labor) could be around $100, toss in say $20 for the rest of the parts you are buying, it would seem your labor for the install comes in at $55. Can you nail the install within 2 hours? If so, it looks like a fair deal for both parties.
