Need AMP Help!!!

I need some help in deciding what amp to go with for my speakers. I would like to go with a 4 channel amp powering my front and rear speakers. My front speakers are 50rms and my back speakers are 60rms. I would like to spend around $100-150 on the amp and get a decent quality amp. Thank you for the help and thanks for looking!!!

Set up:

Front: Memphis Power Reference 6.5 inch components

Rear: Memphis Power Reference 6x9 3-way

Sub: SSA 12in DCON in ported box

others, with more energy than I have, will try to explain that amping your rear speakers is a waste but whatever - you are not going to do better on a new amp for that price, period.

No way is head unit power going to be enough for our tastes.

For decent quality budget amps the MB Quart's, AutoTek MeanMachine , PPI and some SoundStream amps are in that price range.

depends on your taste ,if you really dont care about the passenger speakers then dont ,cause from the frt you wont hear them anyway.i have a efx hd 4300 used for 125 shipped .3 day shipping too

two two channel amps could help him witch crossovers.

depends on what 4 channel he's looking for .my amp that i'm selling has separate crossovers for frt and rear like most decent or good amps do.better for running active if you like

didnt know that the nicer 4 channels had two crossovers, thats why i was mainly wondering if i would want to go with 2 2-channel amps, but i guess one 4 will do the job if it has separate crossovers.

i bought a massive audio NX4 and an arc audio KAR 400.4. I should go with the KAR, right? i also looked at cadence zrs-c9, should i have gotten that? I also bought it from woofers etc, so i can only hope that its not used and a legit arc audio product, the cadence zrs c9 is from woofersetc too.
