need amp for mb quarts

I have a set of MB quart referance 6.5's. I need an amp to run these and these alone, Im looking on e-bay and see amps from reputable brands for like 60 dollars. Is there something im missing, can someone reccomnend a brand and model i should look for? Im guessing 400w 2 channel is plenty

What's the RMS rating on those? (I'm not an expert by any means on MBQs so I don't have those specs off the top of my head)

not sure, lost spec sheet a year ago but they say 60-130w power handling on magnet @ 4ohm.

prior i had a clarion apx400.4 but its finished now
