So I read that there is a theoretical difference in the amount of distortion between running your amp at 2 or 4 ohms. Is it actually noticable?

I need an amp for my slc 265's, preferably 150rms. Is it worth it to get an amp that can do it at 4 ohms?

its not noticable, get an amp that does that power at 4 ohms, as you obv. cant wire to 2 ohm unless u run another set of speakers to the amp, which u would need 300 RMS x 2 @ 2 ohm
