Need amp for focals

Getting wither the focal utopia, or K2; 150 rms 4 ohm i belive.. I started of thinking a JL 300/2 was fine,, but i saw a bunch of posts to use zapco or equivalant...price difference is almost $600, is it really worth the price difference??? ( know its a relative question).. or are their any other sujestions for amps....

Jl 300/2 around 400 0hm

zapco c2k-6.0 ,2 chanel around $1100 4 ohm

can i bridge a 4 channel C2K-2.5X to run the fronts around $750??

All amps run roughly 150 rm which i think is appropriate.

4 channel or 2 channel????????? dont really under stand????? im not runing active to the fronts, the 2 channel's will be running to crossover, im using the active cross on the deck to control the 8's

im looking to run them at 150rms x 2 ,,, and only do the front stage... rears are going to be koda 8's running 200rm each crossed at 70-160 (i know the back is not optimal but dont want to cut holes anywhere and cant do kicks (standard car) sujestions would be welcom on this delema though)

i want the speakers to perform optimaly though..
