Need Alpine Type R Help

I just purchased two alpine type r 1222d they are DVC 2 ohm subs. I also have an orion 600d amp. I was screwed out of getting the DVC 4 ohm subs by ebay and they sent me two 2 ohm subs instead. I currently have them wired in a series/parallel circuit producing 2 ohms. I believe that the 600 d is stable at 1 ohm but i need to know if i am losing power with my current setup. If anyone has any tips they would be greatly appreciated

yes your losing power. return them for 4 ohm ones.

Hell no! they can take 600 watts each all day.

at 2 ohms there getting 400 wrms each, with 2 there getting 200 now, get the dual 4 ohm ones, or you would be better off running one at 600 wrms
