Why, yes it works and is more safe than those "penis enlarging" pills. Find a butter knife and go to work on yourself.

I always kind of play myself down. I line I like to use is "Awww come on, why would a beautiful girl like you want with a guy like me!"

This usually triggers them into a positive comment about yourself, which actually boosts your confidence in the spur of the moment AND lets you know if they are mildly interested.
