ok so like 5 days ago i buy a cd off ebay.. was advertised as an original copy

well today i get it in the mail and its a ****in CD-R in a slim case with a printed out cover... ive notified ebay, anything else i could/should do?

thats a different story, the seller has a whole storefront on ebay so i would contact the RIAA with his personal info, a link to his storefront and a description of what you received, maybe even a few pictures

if it was just a cd or two they probably wouldnt care, but a full storefront to sell illegal cd's and make a ton of money is another thing entirely

i understand there are assholes that leave neg feedback for dumb reasons, i gave him the benefit of the doubt... didnt think anyone was dumb enough to sell bootlegs on ebay, proved me wrong

The amazing thing is all his items seem to be mixtapes and people are happy with them. This guy has some huge balls selling pirated cds on ebay and would probably be shut down immediatly if someone reported him. But you got to respect this guys balls and just let him go.
