need advice with mid bass

I'm completely new to car audio and need lots of advice. I have an Audi S4 and recently installed some DLS UP5s in the and their UR10 sub. All powered with their A7 amp. It sounds great while I'm in park, but when I'm on the road all the mid bass is lost to road noise, and exhaust.

My question is what my best option to get better mid bass out of it? Can I fit bigger 6.5 comps without too much modification? Should I try a different set of 5.25 comps? Can I upgrade my rear door speakers to fill out the mid bass a bit better? If so whats a good set of 6.5 coaxs to compliment the UP5? TIA

Have you applied any deadener your doors at all? That should make a noticeable increase in midbass presence as well as cut down on road noise.
