**Need advice, should I buy this?**

Ok,

Experts, I need your advice. I have a 96 Civic Coupe and I want to bring in some better sound quality. I have a Kenwood eXcelon X459 HU and in the process of getting an amp and components for the front. Here is a guy selling his sub and enclosure. My overall wants for my sound is something fuller then stock and the occassional thump when I feel like it, but for the most part my music is just loud enough for me. Are there any questions I should ask this guy? Should I buy it or just go for something new?

"Alpine SWR-1221D subwoofer mounted in a slotport box. The sub has dual 2 ohm voice coils and it is wired series for a 4 ohm load to run perfectly with a two channel amp bridged. Asking $100 plus shipping, the box is an $80 box and the sub was $150 new."

It all depends on your cost really, I dont like the alpines myself but I am sure alot of people do. I just think for what they sell for you can get much better sounding sub. It all depends on what you want, and what you want to spend. I would look into 2 10' kicker comp vrs I think they sound better and will get louder than that 1 12. And there really good priced.
