Need advice, please

I have a 98 Dodge Intrepid, with Infinity stock speakers, i am planning on buying a well aftermarket stereo system, this consists of:

Two 15' subs (with the box)

A 1100 watt amp

A Cd player

Now if i get the wiring hooked up right, etc,

Will my stock speakers in my car blow? Also, will my battery be able to take that much power?

I heard i should get a alternator or a capacitor, tell me my best opinions please.

To be honest, you would probably be better off posting a budget here and we could find you some sweet deals and you will end up with a better stereo overall in the end.

Short answer is no, your stock speakers won't blow

Most stock electricals can handle 1000 watts pretty easily

Caps are garbage

Well sir, i am already getting a deal, all of that for $300, i'm getting hooked up from a friend, but i'm going to a professional store to get it installed, since most street installments are shitty around my place.
