Need advice on sub//amp for them

Just starting out need advice. heard adire audio hits hard, but im not sure the models and all... doing research or trying at least but the page wont load. My questions are.

Where are good places to get them...

If im going to use tempest subs what amp should I use and how much power to them. 15"'s by the way.

And also any other suggestions on brand n shtuff would be great... lookin for it to get loud and shake my car to the ground. Maybe a little quality as well...
