Need Advice On Ex GF and Co-Truck Payment Together

haha no worries guys, got it all taken care of....we talked yesterday and after bout 30 min of arguing bout it, she finally agreed to get it refinanced in her own name. Her, her new bf, and i went last night and filled out paperwork, and they got approved this morning. now all they gotta do is go fill out the rest of the papers n make it official.

O.k you got azz-***** but this is what you have to do, to hell with all the dumb crap that's being said. Not even a judge can remove your or her name from that finance agreement only the finance company can and if you don't believe just ask any judge or anyone that's gone through a divorce. What you will have to do is take her to court and show the court where she hasn't been maintaining the payments and the judge can award you possesion of the VEHICLE only and then once you have the vehicle you will have to get it refinanced in your name only. Having been a finance manager for several dealership I've seen this more times than I care to state in cases just like yours as well in cases of divorce.
