Alright, I logged into eBay today and I have a coupon for 10% off my next purchase. I also have a coupon for $35 off my next purchase from Hi Fi Sound Connection, so I would like to buy the amp from them if possible.
The two amps I am looking at for my component speakers are the Kicker ZX200.4 and the Kicker ZX350.4. If there is a better amp in that price range (up to $200) for components please let me know, but honestly Im content with buying from HiFi Sound Connection and sticking with Kicker.
The component sets Im looking at are:
CL-41/19 - CDT Audio Classic 4" 2-Way Component Speakers
CM341 - Diamond Audio 4" CM3 Series Components
SLX 210 Deluxe - Rainbow SLX 4" 2-Way Component System
or any other 4" component sets under $200 incl. shipping. At this point (as much as I want to) I'm not interested in putting 5.25" or 6.5" in the door, but that may come later. Which comp set and amp match up best, and will I be able to power 3.5s as well?
Basically I just need a 4" component set and amp to power them (and maybe some 3.5's) for around ~$300, but Im willing to spend up to $400, maybe $450 but that's pushing it.
My current setup is:
HU: Alpine iDA-x100
Sub: 10" Kicker CVT
Amp: Kicker ZX400.1
Wiring: Kicker PK4 4awg wiring
What all will I need to buy in order to put the second amp in my system?
I also would like to replace the 3.5" speakers in the rear, so recommendations on a decent pair under $50 that maybe I could hook up to the amp as well would be appreciated.
