older toyota say 91-95 pickups are great.....so long as u dont let the engines get hot and u keep them maintained they will run forever.....had one that i ended up getting over 300k miles on it before i had any problems w/ it

I looked for a 4 Runner today- I have one in my backyard, lol, I forgot my friend dropped his old offroad rig there... There aint much left of it.

jeeps ****. the only thing you would wanna do with the toyotas if you did decide to get one is: dont get a six cyl, they dont make much more power than the 22r/re 4 cyl and get way worse gas milage. if you get a 22r/re the timing chains usually need to be replaced at 150xxx miles. the timing guides wear out and then the chain wears into the head. other than that they are sherman tanks. ive had a few now and loved them all.

Toyota>Jeep I agree on gas mileage etc... Now i just gotta find one.

The kind of stuff I'm hauling- anything from air conditioners to loose hardcover books. Mostly cardborad boxes fulla shit.

And I hate Chevy. Sorry... I just can't stand it.

I might sell this if your interested has 2 sets of tires to go with it, inside and out in good shape very dirty in this pick, runs great have all paper work for anything done to it, new starter 1 month ago or so. Ac needs recharge I think has 4x4 etc power everything

lol no, it is a isuzu trooper. It looks small in the pic but it actualy larger then a the newer blazers, and the height inside has several more inches in headroom than most suvs. Mine is around the same height as a expedition and new durango because they have been side by side in my parents drive way. Very little rust on this just about the drivers side window like a 2x2 bubble spot starting.

This has been my daily driver for almost 2 yrs now, I just got a saturn to save on gas because I drive around 100-150 miles aday. I just dont need 2 cars

Dont really know a price off the top of my had prob like 2500 or so. Many members have seen this in person, the paint really shines when it is cleaned up. There are many troopers but in this year of 94 they did a few motors I was told by a isuzu dealer and this one has the best motors it is very rare to find the same one as mine on ebay. So far in the past 2 years (not lookn everyday) but I have only seen like 8 of them sell and they had around 300-400k miles on them. It has a tick and has had it sence 30k miles and is normal on these and does burn alittle oil on hotter days but in winter not so bad I normaly add alittle oil once to twice amonth.

Just did new starter for 400 new belts plugs etc. my g/fs father is a mechanic and owns his own garage. So normaly if there is anything ever wrong it gets taken car of extremely fast. But since I have owned it all I have done is oil changes, plugs, (need to do wires) air filter, brakes pads and rotors, another set of tires because i liked the more aggressive look. And new belts just common wear and tear alt is about 3 yrs old or so I believe.Has a small exhust leak I will have fixed. Or can take off on the cost I was waiting because I was thinking about jacking this up and doing some straight pipes etc.

Too much.. Too far... Thanks though, too nice a car really for what I need. Would make a great first car for someone around there.

I hear ya, wouldnt need nothing for parts and I would help with delivery if needed half way or so for gas. Just keep it in mind if you want. Your about 10 hrs away I believe from were I am

Well. okey, i searched locally and went through about 5 hardcore lemons... I looked at a Toyota 4 runner but it was parts only at best.

There is a Jeep Cherokee for 2900 at a dealership, a real reliable one. 2 dr 91, Dark green, BF goodrich offroad tires, American racing rims, K+N intake, gaugues, and some half assed sounds all installed. It has 191k on it, no rust. It has the high output 4.0, no leaks, etc.

I am highly considering getting it, even though I need about 2500 cash for the other things I need to accomplish (body kit for Porsche).

Whadda you guys think?

you could of got mine less then that and I know the motor on mine is strong and have all the doc sence new to prove whats been done (almost nothing) and these motors run to 300-400k almost rare to find a 94 s trooper on ebay with the same motor.
