Need a trailer

I mow lawns and I am tired of putting my equipment inside of my station wagon and having to clean it twice a week. I am looking for a cheap and tiny trailer and hitch.

I've looked around and the smallest i can find is a 4x8 foot trailer, which is too big. I need something thats like 3x5 or even smaller where I can put a 22" mower, trimmer, windblower and gas cans.

Does anyone know where I can buy a trailer this small?

It's deja vu...all over again?

Check your local agricultural supply stores...I know Tractor Supply Company sells highway trailers, don't know if you have any of them out your way though.

Local ag places would definitely be the place to look.

I can't imagine a Taurus would have more than a Class II hitch - do you know the class and weight rating?

I checked a few trailer suppliers and the smallest they seem to have is 4x8.

I don't know the class/weight rating. I don't need much though. My equipment weighs maybe 150 pounds and fits nicely in the back of the wagon, I'm just tired of having to clean it all the time (and because I have to take my subs out to carry it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif ).

That's why you drive carefully when you're towing something //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Go to a welding place, maybe...I know they make welders that can be carried on small highway-rated trailers, maybe you could buy a frame, axle and tongue from them and cover it with plywood or something. If it's that small, you could probably get away with not having lights on it, although some sort of running lights would be a good idea if you tow it in the night or evening...
