I need a box for 2 Assassin 8's. Using the plans on AA's site(maybe tuned slightly lower). I prefer to find someone close to West TN to save a little money. But if someone else thinks they can do it for cheap enough, that is fine aswell. YOU can build that box in a few hours. Save the $$$ you'd pay to have it built and buy a circular saw if you don't have one. Or borrow one and have some fun and learn along the way.

I'm impatient and it's 19 degrees and snowing outside. I do like to build and learn, but in this situation, it would just be much easier to have someone with experience build it for me. This setup probably wont last long, so I'll be doing the work on my next project. Thanks for the suggestion though.

You could have it done TONIGHT!!!! I was out in the garage for 4 hours last night, and it's 17 degrees here.

If you don't have a garage what about the basement?

Also the 40Hz tune is what those subs like/want and they get plenty low at that tune, for an 8".

I had good luck with 1.2 cubes tuned to 38...Give them 200 rms each and you'll be in business.

I'm throwing 400 rms at each and they take it fine. Sturdy little subs for sure...
