why dont you just call RE and see if a dealer is near you?
Cause it took me 2 days to get threw to them and get qouted an out ragious price. Not really in the mood to hit the redial botton 2k times again.

 
ya try fi, just pm the guy. i asked him about reconing my 18 to a 15, and the whole kit was pretty **** cheap
But do they sell kits to the public? i dont want to send out my whole sub.
