Need a pre-amp for my project

Hey y'all, time to buy a pre-amp. The name of the game here is: CHEAP. I do not want to spend very much money at all on a processor, so I'm going to assume that ebay is the way to go. Any good suggestions? I'll only be using CD and ipod as sources, so anything that's got CD and aux or something equivalent is what I really want. I'm not chasing ghosts in the system like you are though...

Plus the Outlaw 990 is the ONLY thing I have found that does everything that I want.
