Need a pair of 5-1/4's and 6 x 9's

For cheap, that can be ran with no amp.

Im thinking about $150 for both...what is my best bet?

edit: well, no non-factory amp that is...the grand prix's have a built in one for the 6 x 9's...

those are good brands wouldn't buy Oz as they are no longer in business. i think/
