Verizon, currently has Business Sales Support Representative positions available in the National Business Billing Center.
Responsibilities:
Resolve incoming billing questions and toll inquiries with a high degree of quality
Promote and sell a defined set of Verizon products and services
Qualifications:
Customer service / sales experience, preferably in a billing / sales center environment
Excellent communication skills; professional telephone skills are essential
Mathematical and PC skills
Ability to adapt to change is critical
Availability to work any shifts between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 8:45 p.m., Monday – Friday
Tests:
Results obtained in standard tests for this position must meet minimum requirements established by the Company.
Wage Information:
The pay range for this position is $12.08 - $18.91 per hour. Wage credit is given based upon previous work experience or education beyond high school.
