Need a new HU

I need to buy a new hu and have always had alpine . The last hu i bought was a alpine 7941 in 99 lol . Should i stick with alpine ? Get a pioneer ?...eclipse ? I don't really know what to look out for . I just installed a pioneer DEH-P5000UB in my buddies truck seems nice for the $160 he paid for it .

I pretty much want to know if alpine's newer hu's are still high quality as they were back in the day .

Recommend me a hu between $150 - $ 300

I just picked up a Kenwood X891 for about $220 delivered, its pretty nice. Tons of features like USB, 3 - 5V preouts, and this thing they call a G-Analizer which is kinda neat.

I have a cda_9826 for $75 shipped! In really good condition would rate 9/10 cosmetically and 10/10 functionaly.
