It was a little under $700, and that included customer support for a year. If I need anything changed I can either do it on my own or call them up and tell them to make the changes. I had 3 tele-conferences with them and then everything was done online with their customer portal. I approved everything every step of the way and nothing went online until I gave the final word.

All of the local places I called were at least triple that. Maybe the market is just inflated around here, but I called at least 6 places and they were all outrageously priced.

I usually charge around $400 for a basic html site. I'm not advanced enough to charge a bunch. But $700 for that website (http://www.lonesummitinspections.com/) looks pretty nice.

That is pretty much a basic html site.

PHP comes in really handy if your customer wants to do some rather custom applications but isn't necessary for most of your average business customers who just want a site people can read (ie. this lonesummit one).

i usually do small things myself but i know some people that had GREAT experiences with these guys. Might be a bit pricey though. Still, never know until you get a quote.
