Need a Good test tone cd

I am getting a dso scope and want to make sure the test tones I use are good. I'm not That confident in the quality of the ones I have found on the Internet seeing how they all sound different at the same "frequency". So any recommendations on a good cd or a reliable site to get tones from would be greatly appriciated
