Need a good system setup...HELP

I have a 2004 Pontiac Grand AM GT Coupe. I have looked all over the place for a good system setup and can not find one. I was woundering if anyone out there could tell me a good setup for my car. Like what type of speakers, subs, amps and deck that I should get. Thanks.

that would depend on your price range, what kind of music you listen to, and are you going for sound quality or do u just want loud highs and loud beat

$1800 is plenty of money to get one hell of a system. If you want pure SQ this is what I would get for that kind of money:

HU: Eclipse 8443 - $450

Speakers: CDT any model the higher the better IMO - $250

Amp for Speaks: US amps USX2100 - $150

Sub: single 15'' magnum D2 - $350

Amp for Sub: Soundstream Rubicon series 1000W $300?

Box: Sealed 2.1 cubes $70

Wiring: Knukonceptz.com $80

= one hell of a system IMO for $1650 so that's 150 extra.
