need a good reliable 4 channel amp

this is alittle under the rms but its a good amp

http://www.cbrstereo.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=835

its a rockford fosgate 551x

70 watts RMS x 4 at 4 ohms

140 watts RMS x 4 at 2 ohms

275 watts RMS x 2 in bridged mode at 4 ohms

2-, 3-, or 4-channel output

4-ohm stable in bridged mode

Tri-Way capable

requires 4-gauge power and ground leads — wiring and hardware not included with amplifier

MOSFET power supply and output devices

front and rear 50-250 Hz high-pass/low-pass crossovers, 24 dB/octave slopes

MEHSA mounting technology increases the heat transfer from the MOSFET output devices to the heat sink, for higher power output, lower operating temperatures, and greater reliability

TOPAZ — noise-killing differential inputs that eliminate 80% of ground loop noise

Trans•ana circuitry keeps preamp voltages low and signal paths simple for outstanding audio quality

NOMAD — advanced protection circuitry for "intelligent" shutdown protection

wired remote control included for fingertip control of Punch Bass (for 0-18 dB of bass boost at 45 Hz)

preamp-level (RCA) inputs

preamp-level (RCA) outputs

12-1/8"W x 2-3/8"H x 9-7/8"D

should be suffient but if u wanna invest a lil more there a good 4 channel alpine amp i believe thats 80 watts a channel

hmm... i've got an avionixx 400.2 for sale. little more power than ur asking for but will give u good headroom. absolutely great amp... pm or email me if u interested.

us acoustics 4085. 85 wrms x 4 at 12.9 volts. well under $200 brand new at sounddomain or thezeb and both are authorized. my 4065 has been real good to me and it's cheap clean power.
