Need a good amp for 4 12's

By next week I'll have four 2 ohm Kicker CVR12s and I need a new amp to power them. I have a $300 budget. Right now the BXI series from HiFonics is lookin pretty good:

Should I get the 1200w amp?

Or is there another amp you would recommend in that price range? I will be wiring the subs for a 1 ohm load.

I had 4 CVR's running off a Memphis 1000D. Thet desperatley wanted more power. I would look into that 2,000 watt amp made by Hifonics.
