ok. i need a design for an audiofonics adf-292. the car it will be going in is a 92 cavalier so the trunk isnt to big. i want a design for a sealed box. want a design that will make this sub loud as possible off 500 rms

There's not really any "designing" needed for a sealed box. Not much to get wrong. Find out how much volume your subs need, measure out how much room you have in your trunk, subtract the 3/4" MDF for the walls of the enclosure from each side and multiply them all together. Divide that number by 1728 (12 inches cubed) and you'll end up with how many cubic feet is available inside the box for your subs. Just make it smaller or larger to match.
