need a folded horn design.

I have used folded horn loudspeakers for PA/DJ use and this does not appear to be even close to a folded horn.
this is what I know of a folded horn

yeah...thats for a room not a car. Nothing really corralates between home/pro audio and car audio

Would this be considered a "T" line box? I do not know anything about them but I have seen some built simular to that

t-line uses the same space between the port walls the hole way though. this one, the port walls spread out as it gets longer.

Sounds like you might want to look into a tapped horn design. There is a free program called Horn Response that will model all manner of horns and boxes. There is also a lot of info on building horns and TH's over at DIYAudio forum. Horns are much more complicated than regular ported or 4th order BP designs.

The RLP will probably do quite nicely in a bass horn.

Have you ever seen the old school Peavey Scoops? One of my friends, may he rest in peace, built a bunch of double 15" scoops based on the Peavey but used Eminence drivers instead of Black Widows. In 1999, I tried to make some myself, until I got to the part where I had to warp the plywood. All of a sudden, Cerwin Vega Earthquakes didn't seem so expensive:laugh: On another note, warping 3/4" plywood isn't as easy as you think:verymad:
