Best bet is to keep an eye on ebay.

Buying a faceplate from the company is about as much as the deck itself.

Maybe run a google search for used pioneer face or something like that? Might be able to find one on a forum somewhere too.

Maybe you can find a non working deck for cheap, and just harvest the faceplate?

Depending on when it was manufactured, you may be able to get a one time courtesy fix from Pioneer. Call them up and ask about it.

Ask Pioneer, or a pioneer dealer.

Unless they have the same features, might not work very well.
