Need a custom box built for 12" Kicker L7

I'm wanting a ported enclosure for my 12" L7. It needs to be 2.75 cu ft. and a port tuned @32Hz with ~40sq in. surface area. These are the max dimensions I have to work with: 15" height, 32" depth, and 32" width. Preferably made of 1" mdf or hdf. I will pay using PayPal.

If anyone knows of some good box builders feel free to list them also.

i can do it up for you, but the only thing id recommend is going to either single layer birch, or double layer birch,

single layer should be just fine though, as i have a friend that i made one for with no troubles....

why do you recommend birch over mdf? wouldn't mdf be sturdier?

nope. plus birch is much much lighter. i like to run bracing to minimize box flex anyhow...
