im selling my clarion mcd-360 crossover to my boy for teh cheapz.

hes got an explorer like mine, only a 92, but the interiors are identical basically.

so heres what he has/getting:

alpine 9856

my clarion mcd-360 3 way crossover

some kicker 2 channel amp, not sure, waiting on the model number

he wants basically a 6.5 in each door, and a tweet in each door. he wants it loud.

what ya got? aa poly mids im thinking maybe? will they work with this crossover well?

Id go with the AA poly mids. I bought mine for ~130 shipped. I have an orion 8004 for the set as well. its not installed so i cant give you a review. there are quite a few people who have had them though that can give you a better opinion.

The Daytons(7") like a rather low x-over point 2kz minimum IMO. I liked 1.4-1.6khz. If you go with the polys it will generate more tweeter options because they can be crossed alot higher than the Daytons.
