Need a box quote

I am debating adding a small system to my 96 Ford Mustang coupe. I have a few initial questions, then I will be ready to get some quotes. First, the sub will be a single JL 8W3V3. I want SQ. I know usually sealed boxes are best, but I may go ported. Which would be better? The box will need to be built to specs of course, I think .3-.4 cu. ft. The size I have to work with is 12 inches tall, 19 inches wide, 3 inches top depth,and bottom depth doesn't matter. Do I need forward or rear facing? The seats slant like this /, so I would like the box like this if possible: /|. Finally, I would want just a gray carpet. Here is a link to the sub for full specs.
